Refresher Hypnobirthing Course

This 2 hour refresher course is for you if you’ve completed a hypnobirthing course before in a previous pregnancy, whether with me or elsewhere.

Every pregnancy and birth is different. A refresher course gives you time to practice your hypnobirthing tools again, set designated time aside to talk through your wishes for this birth, and prepare your birth partner again too.

​Classes are taught via Zoom with flexible booking options.
